1. Booking and Payment Policies
- Booking Confirmation: Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of full or partial payment as per the booking policy.
- Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers.
- Taxes and Fees: Prices displayed are exclusive of applicable taxes and service charges unless mentioned. Any additional taxes, such as GST (Goods and Services Tax), will be levied as per Indian law.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

- Cancellations by Company: In case of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability, or pandemics, full or partial refunds may be offered, depending on the situation.

- No Show: If a traveler fails to arrive at the scheduled time and place, no refunds will be granted.

- Entry Restrictions: The company is not responsible for any traveler being denied entry to India due to lack of proper documentation, customs regulations, or legal restrictions.
4. Travel Insurance
- Mandatory Insurance: Travelers are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance before embarking on their trip to India. This should cover medical expenses, trip cancellations, loss of luggage, and other contingencies.
- Liability: The company will not be held responsible for any personal injury, illness, or loss of property that occurs during the trip.

- Emergency Assistance: The company will provide emergency contact numbers, but travelers are responsible for arranging their own medical or emergency evacuation insurance.
6. Itinerary Changes and Force Majeure
- Changes by Company: The company reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.), the company is not liable for any cancellations or rescheduling. Refunds or alternate arrangements will be made depending on the situation.
